Me and My Bestie, Mother-In-Law

The story starts with my love. I was confused and had low self-esteem until I met love who was willing to accept me. I thought marriage was an adventure, but after decades of bumps and bruises, I discovered that my greatest source of confidence in life turned out to be my best friend and mother-in-law. Society has drawn a certain frame for both men and women in marriage. We tried to change each other in the "you should be like this" argument, but in the end we were left disappointed. So I worked hard and went from being a financial novice who was afraid of mathematics to passing the CPA and CTA exams and becoming the financial director of a listed company. My mother-in-law protected me along the way. But love goes further and further, almost to death. Later I realized that marriage is not about changing the other person, but about understanding "you are already good". The family of origin has a strong sense of clan, and the relatives work together to create a career. But my family was very wealthy, but my marriage was very cold - "A daughter who is married off is like water thrown away." Later, the career collapsed and the family fell apart. I spent half my life savings to help my parents tide over the difficulties, but later I discovered that they didn't even have a decent bed for me. It wasn't until my mother got sick that I slowly understood what family is. I don't judge the concept of clan, because it has both advantages and disadvantages, and it all depends on people's hearts. The injustice against women in the workplace prompted me to think: Why do I work? I slowly found myself scattered among marriage, work and family. I am not an accessory to anything, I am myself.
