Polish female worker Jelena's finger was cut off by a conveyor belt, and the factory made her sign "Improper operation" before she would be sent to the hospital. Elle, a Sami herder, had her land encroached by wind farms and lost 20% of her reindeer. The government said, "I'll give you seven million, just sign." This is not a story about the "Norwegian Miracle". It asks: Who bears the price of wealth? To whom is the promise of equality true? Who is paying for the green transition? When everyone believes that they are good people and bad things happen, who did it?
