Brainstorm

Brainstorm is a story set in a fictional world, blending urban fantasy with the supernatural. It follows a group of extraordinary people known as the Awakened. When the human brain breaks free of its restraints, a person becomes Awakened. Why have the Awakened suddenly begun appearing? Do they still count as human? As tensions between ordinary people and the Awakened grow ever more severe, the answers slowly unfold around a bizarre car accident the protagonist suffered as a child. This story is entirely fictional. If anything seems familiar, well, there’s nothing I can do about that.
