Cangshan Embers

Use your writing as a furnace and write about people who have been burned by the fire. Write about how they recognized each other's silhouettes in the ashes, how they rebuilt the stove on the ruins, and how they finally spoke after a long silence and softly said the heaviest words in their lives.
