Douluo: Remnant Soul of a Dou Saint, Starting with Taking Shui Bing'er as Disciple

With the help of the Chaos Pearl, Meng Chen, a lucky soul, transmigrates to the Dou Qi Continent and awakens a Chaos Body. He begins cultivating dou qi at the age of six and reaches the Dou Sheng realm in just fifteen years, stunning the entire continent but also arousing the fear and murderous intent of the Ancient Eight Clans.

Three years later, the Ancient Eight Clans launch an assault to surround and kill him. They bring out all their hidden power. Even the Gu Clan and the Hun Clan, who have always feared and schemed against each other, join forces and lay one deadly trap after another, determined to erase Meng Chen completely.

The battle rages for seven whole days, leaving most of the Central Plains in ruins. The Gu Clan’s Three Immortals, the Hun Clan’s Four Demon Saints, and the Dou Sheng powerhouses of the eight clans suffer heavy losses.

At last, Hun Tiandi uses the incomplete Emperor-Slaying Ghost Blood Blade, while Gu Yuan reveals the Gu Clan’s final trump card: an Emperor Soul Scroll left behind by a Gu Clan Dou Di, powerful enough to grievously wound an Emperor-level soul!

Meng Chen is only a Seven-Star Dou Sheng, and cannot withstand two Emperor-level killing moves. Seeing no way to escape, he has no choice but to self-destruct. With the Chaos Pearl’s help, a remnant of his soul transmigrates to Douluo Dalu.

By a twist of fate, the Chaos Pearl ends up inside Shui Bing'er.

When Meng Chen awakens, he sees the Ice Phoenix girl, who has lost all her Soul Power because of him, and feels guilty.

To make it up to Shui Bing'er, Meng Chen decides to take her as his disciple.

And so begins the Douluo version of the fallen genius’s story!
