The Five Elements Virtue Venerable

The spiritual energy of heaven and earth is divided into the five elements. Only those who possess all five can build a great circulation within their bodies and cultivate at the fastest pace. Those with a single spiritual root are called “barren roots”: they can absorb only one kind of spiritual energy, and do so slowly, with no circulation possible. They are considered the lowest of the low in the cultivation world.
