Springtime Bliss, Year After Year

Pei Wanci's life was truly miserable. Having grown up under the influence of her mother, a favored concubine, she became a little green tea. But no matter how cunning she was, she couldn't deal with her legitimate elder sister, a saintly white lotus. Then Pei Wanci discovered that the fiancé she loved dearly was her sister's devoted lapdog, and she could no longer hold back. She struck a fatal blow! ...But it wasn't the white-lotus elder sister who died. It was Pei Wanci, the green tea! Reborn into a new life, Pei Wanci swore she wouldn't cause trouble this time. She would be a good little lapdog to her elder sister. After all, her sister would one day stand beside the crown prince and ascend the throne. With a kind empress for a sister, wouldn't she be able to do whatever she pleased in the capital? As for the fiancé she couldn't get rid of... Fine. They could both be her sister's lapdogs. He was just a man, and she no longer cared. She never expected him to stop fawning over her sister and spend all day clinging to her instead. “Why don't you coo at me anymore, my lady? Don't you love me now? Your heart belongs only to your sister, not me. Sob, sob!” Pei Wanci: “You green tea, get lost!”
