System, Give Me PVP!

Other people’s System: Ding! New quest: Help an old lady cross the street.

My System: Ding! PVP enabled. Please eliminate that pay-to-win whale who can’t stand the sight of you.

I got dropped into a full-dive game billed as “absolutely peaceful.” Because I didn’t spend any money, I got cheated on, kicked out, and mocked by the whole world as a useless loser.

In a fit of rage, I shouted at the System, “Turn on PVP for me!”

Well, would you look at that. It wasn’t a bug, but hidden GM privileges?

Staring at the guild leader’s gleaming golden weapon, supposedly bought with eight million yuan in top-ups, I started drooling with greed.

Sorry, Guild Leader. You may be a domineering CEO in real life, but in the game, you still have to lie down and call me Daddy.

What? You say I kill without batting an eye?

Come on, I’m just a wage slave. Taking out a few walking ATMs is perfectly reasonable, right?

Then one day, a special government agency knocked on my apartment door. “Comrade, the organization needs you to enter the game and kill a few aliens. I mean, a few super AIs trying to control human thought.”

I looked at the knife in my hand, then up at the “god” in the sky.

Um... what kind of loot does killing a god drop?
