For 100,000 yuan, Xia Xuan enters a game as the villainess. The mission is simple: seduce the male lead, anger the heroine, then get stabbed to death. She gets it done in just 15 days. But something is off about the male lead. He ignores the heroine and seems to have actually fallen for her. The game ends, and the money hits her account. Xia Xuan thinks she's finally free, only to get kicked into a second game. Earn 5 million, and she gets a 500,000-yuan bonus when the game ends. Xia Xuan: Fine, let's do it~ Unfortunately, she runs into the male lead from the previous game again: Xie Yanchuan. But Xie Yanchuan doesn't seem to recognize her. “Be my secretary. The salary is 80,000 a month.” Xia Xuan: Sure. If it's a proper secretary job, I'm in. But Xia Xuan soon realizes that Xie Yanchuan is acting increasingly strange. He comes close, puts his arms around her, and kisses her. “Didn't you say you didn't know me?” Only later does Xia Xuan learn that he's genuinely gone mad. He's fighting the System, trying to become a real person. All she wants is to make money and get out as soon as possible. Xie Yanchuan asks her, “Do you want to stay here with me forever?” Xia Xuan: “You've got to be kidding.” Xie Yanchuan: “Then I'll go with you.”
