Final Sobriety

In his later years, an old man stubbornly believed that his eighteen-year-old soul had traveled through time into his eighty-year-old body. She pretended to have forgotten all the years that followed and lived in a self-deceptive time travel fantasy. This is not a true time travel, but an obsession with regrets in life, and a gentle satire of those addicted to time travel fantasies.
