[Two Men] In 3030, human civilization has steadily entered the era of preliminary interstellar exploration. The development of earth's nuclear energy has injected inexhaustible impetus into the transition of civilization. Until 3070, the rotation rate of the earth's core fluctuated wildly, and the solid geomagnetic field defense line was torn apart. Cosmic rays and unknown particles penetrated the atmosphere without any hindrance, swept every corner of the earth, and caused biological genetic disorders. Mutation first appeared in the human group: some people awakened powers that transcended ordinary people, or could control natural elements such as water, fire, and wind, or could realize free changes in form, becoming "superpowers" who broke the rules. In response to this great historical change that could destroy mankind, the world has gradually formed three opposing and symbiotic forces, which have propped up the faint hope of human survival: The scientific research center, with top scientific researchers as the core, is deeply involved in the development of defense systems and attack weapons, and researches on magnetic field repair technology. The Heresy Processing Bureau shuttles through crisis-ridden ruins, rescues trapped ordinary humans, and cleans up raging mutated creatures. The command and control center is responsible for assisting the first two forces, coordinating resources, transmitting intelligence, and also exists to balance order.
