Ghost Stories from the Underworld: Strange Things in the City

The old building I rented had three strict rules: After ten o'clock at night, don't take the elevator, don't answer the knock on the door, and don't look at the end of the corridor. I thought it was just old people's superstition, until the elevator inexplicably stopped on the non-existent 13th floor. Outside the door, stood a woman in a red dress, smiling at me. Disappearing neighbors, recurring dreams, nursery rhymes ringing in the middle of the night, stairs that never end... Only then did I realize that there were never more than just people living in this building.
