My name is Su Ling. Ling is the ling from Poria cocos. It grows under the roots of pine trees. It has a peaceful temperament, can nourish people and calm the mind. I was born in an old medicine shop at the foot of the mountain, and grew up smelling the aroma of mugwort, mint, and astragalus.
