I Make Sunny Days

Flowers in the mirror, moon in the water. To others, my youth is an illusory farce. They only saw that I was covered in thorns, not that I was covered in wounds. They only remembered the way I was pushed, but forgot how I held an umbrella for others. This is a memoir in disguise, recording those incomprehensible rebellions and a massive self-rescue. I don't want to accuse anything, I just want to tell those who are like me: Don't be afraid, you see, we have all stumbled through this, and we are still working hard to love the world.
