Ye Luoli: Heartache Beneath the Sky Screen

Seven days after Xin Ling's primordial spirit dissipated, a sky screen recording every “truth” spread over the Fairy Realm and the human world.

The Ye Luoli warriors saw the protection they had never noticed: every time they escaped certain doom, traces remained of her burning her primordial spirit. The fairies were forced to look upon the human world and see how those short-lived beings they had once scorned found courage in their fragility and shone in their ordinariness. Meanwhile, the Dharma Lords of the Mengtian Pavilion glimpsed, during their “judgment,” the past they had lost to oblivion, and the unwavering compassion in the eyes of the black-robed fairy who had sealed them away.

As every hidden sacrifice, act of growth, and moment of regret was revealed to the world by the sky screen, the line between destruction and protection began to crumble. This time, what was on trial: the world's sins, or their own?

Princess of Ice: I once saw warmth as extinction. Now, in the eyes of humans weeping for the glaciers, I see a heart devoted to protecting them, more enduring than my ice and snow.

Lady of Poison: I hated the mask that toxins gave me, but in the persistence of humans, using their clumsy hands to cleanse the world, I tasted the true meaning of an antidote.

Pang Zun: Power was once my only law. That changed when I saw humans endure my lightning with their fragile bodies, just to bring light to someone else's eyes.

Princess of Emotions: Human feelings are not shallow candies. They are treasures wrapped in sacrifice and bitterness, blooming with the light of hope at the end.

The Spirit Princess sees death's solemn beauty, while Shi Xi watches eternity linger in a fleeting moment. Li Hui finds an undying spark amid the ashes, and in a shattered mirror, Man Duo La catches a glimpse of new shoots sprouting from her sister's soul.
