The Girl at the End

I am the one and only savior foretold, tasked with gathering the Divine Artifacts and sealing the Demon King.

My kind mentor guides me. My devoted knight protects me. My companions fight by my side.

Until the moment I grip the holy sword and pierce the Demon King's heart

The memories sealed away for billions of years overwhelm me.

The truth is, this world has never had a Demon King.

There is only me, someone who, trapped in an eternal cycle, unknowingly brings about the “end” every time I awaken.

The so-called Demon King is the world's tragic antibody, born to fight me.

The companions I love are the civilization's bravest “white blood cells.”

And that prophecy was the world's final warning about me, issued as it lay dying.

When my mentor's kindness turns to surveillance, my dear friend's loyalty becomes betrayal, and the eyes of my beloved fill with sorrowful resolve…

I stand at the crossroads of fate:

Should I become a god and carry out the cleansing of this cycle?

Or sacrifice my divine nature and wager on a future that has never existed before, for this world that I love, and that loves me?

This is a story about “why I am who I am.”

It is also the final legend of a god who destroys the world, yet tries to save it…
