Five Years After Our Breakup, Captain Wen Lands in My Heart Again

[Reunion at the start + second-chance romance + aching push and pull + childhood sweethearts + baby + both leads are faithful + sweet and angsty + melodrama] A proud, aristocratic, deeply devoted pilot and a gentle flight doctor from a once-wealthy family broke up. Five years later, flight doctor Wen Yan reunites with her first love in a crowded airport late at night. That night, the news that he piloted Jinghang Flight 8830 through a thunderstorm and landed safely back home sent shockwaves through the country. He is the heir to Jingnan Airlines and the youngest commercial airline captain in the industry. Young, beautiful women flock to him like bees to honey. Only Wen Yan always keeps her distance. Proud, aloof Captain Wen never gives flight doctor Wen a second glance, either. Until one day, Wen Yan leaves without a word. Everyone sees the captain sitting alone in the flight doctor's office, his eyes red. Years later, when they meet again, Wen Yan is holding the hand of a four-year-old girl. She tells the child, “Moon, say hello to Uncle.” Wen Yancheng demands an answer, his eyes bloodshot. “Where did this child come from?” Flight doctor Wen calmly replies, “She's none of your business.” So, during the five years he thought she had played with his feelings, abandoned him, and gone abroad, she'd had a child with another man. Watching him walk away, forlorn, Little Moon obediently takes her mother's hand. Confused, she asks, “Mom, isn't he my dad? Why do I have to call him Uncle?”... There's probably no one in the world who loves Wen Yancheng more than Wen Yan. She fell for him at eight, parted from him at twenty, and met him again at twenty-five. Every day and every night, she hoped he would return safely. She waited like that for five years.
