The Good Wife Drops the Act: After the Divorce, President Sheng Regrets It Bitterly

After three years of marriage to Sheng Huaiyu, Nan Xiangwan has finally had enough of living like a widow. She takes the initiative and says, “Let’s have a child, then get divorced.” Their once tepid marriage suddenly catches fire. Three months pregnant and finally satisfied, Nan Xiangwan signs the divorce papers with a handsome young man at her side and leaves without looking back. But the man regrets it. He blocks her at the door, his face cold. “Mrs. Sheng, you’re carrying my child. Where do you think you’re going?” Later, in the name of fairness, she is forced to help him produce an heir. After their long nights together, she finally flies into a fit of embarrassment and anger. But the thoroughly satisfied man pins her beneath him and says lazily, “Mrs. Sheng, we still haven’t had the second baby we agreed on. No taking it back!”
