The Capital's Big Shot Spoils Me Rotten. What's Wrong with Being a Little Arrogant?

By chance, Yu Sheng gets involved with Jiang Gezhi, the military bandit everyone in the capital fears and despises. Her verdict on him: “Properly dressed before dark, worse than a beast after dark.” Jiang Gezhi dangles a cigarette from his lips and hooks her chin with a roguish smile. “I can be a beast in the daytime too. Want to find out?” Yu Sheng chokes on her reply, her face flushing. “Pervert. Don’t even think about it.” But he refuses to give up, and soon everyone knows that the Jiang family’s military bandit follows a young woman around every day, resorting to all sorts of despicable tricks, threats, and temptations to lure her into his clutches. To get away from him, Yu Sheng eventually has no choice but to give in. “Third Uncle, please…” Jiang Gezhi pins her in a corner, bites her earlobe, and murmurs hoarsely, “Then satisfy me.”
