This Villain’s Character Is All Wrong

Lu Cha, a thousand-year-old lotus demon, is forced to bind herself to System 001, a system tasked with saving villains. Not only are her powers sealed, but she also loses her freedom. Everyone assumes Lu Cha is sweet, gentle, and obedient. Little do they know, it’s all an act! System: “Host, you’re supposed to give the villain the warmth of a spring breeze, not beat him!” Lu Cha explains earnestly, “When a kid won’t behave, you have to give him a few good smacks~” System: “...Then why are you acting all cute and whiny with the heroine?” The girl lowers her head shyly. “Because I like her~” System: “Sure!” Lu Cha has two great loves in life: beautiful things and beautiful people. She thinks the mission will be easy. All she has to do is lower the future villain’s corruption level and guide him back to the right path, and then she can be free sooner. But, The gloomy, volatile boy cradles her body, his long lashes trembling. “Please don’t leave me, okay?” The aloof, proud Imperial Preceptor kneels before her grave, the corners of his eyes red, tears of blood streaming down his face. “Please... come back.” The elegant, gentle CEO smiles tenderly as he sinks into the deep sea with a ring. “You can forget about leaving me behind.” Later, the man catches the trembling System with a smile, his voice ominous. “You did this on purpose? You wanted to watch me suffer?” The System zips away and dives into Lu Cha’s arms, whining. “Boss Lady! He’s bullying me!” The man immediately changes his tune, fawning over her. “Chacha, don’t listen to it. It’s lying to you.”

You are my beating, burning heart. I live because you turn me toward the sun, and I fall into the abyss because of you.
