The Female Side Character Cultivates Immortality, Her Powers Are Boundless

After transmigrating into a novel as the lovesick female side character who fawns over the male lead, Shen Tingbai declares that there's no way she'll become a simp! To avoid any misunderstandings with the male lead, she never stays long anywhere the main couple is. But somehow, it seems the male and female leads have gotten the wrong idea? Watching the male lead keep coming over to her, Shen Tingbai has an epiphany: so he wants to be bros with her! Why didn't he say so sooner? She doesn't notice his dark eyes, deep as an abyss, or the faint curve of his lips as he asks, seemingly offhand, “Senior Sister, do you really like me?”

*Later, when the plot has completely fallen apart, the System sighs. “Host, you'll have to play the villain.” So Shen Tingbai has no choice but to push the male lead into that bottomless abyss... She assumes he'll return from his comeback and finish her off with one stroke of his sword, but instead he smiles at her, his eyes full of menace. “Senior Sister, come to me. Don't make me...” Shen Tingbai: “???” Wait, why is the plot getting more and more wrong?

A word of warning: The female lead is a bit of a jerk. Don't read if that bothers you.
