Light and Shore

Lin An met Chen Guang on the rooftop who was preparing to "watch the sunrise" - in fact, the other person was secretly taking medicine and recording the countdown to life. The two formed an alliance by accident: Lin An helped Chen Guang conceal his illness and skipped classes to paint, while Chen Guang helped Lin An fight against his father's violent control. They made an agreement: "You see the world for me, and I will live for you." In each other's company, Lin An resumed painting and began to express emotions with color; Chen Guang confessed his fear to others for the first time and learned to rely on him. Together they completed a giant mural - "Light and Shore", which symbolizes "You are the shore I arrive at, and I am the light you illuminate." In the end, Chen Guang's surgery was successful, but he needed a long recovery. Lin An was admitted to the Academy of Fine Arts and went north with Chen Guang's painting books. The two agreed: "We are not allowed to look back, we are only allowed to move forward."
