How Dare You Stop! Give Me Back My Quicksand Heart

Shenzhou is a xianxia treasure-hunting game. Its latest event randomly spawns world bosses across different maps, greatly increasing the drop rate for rare top-tier loot. Today, the Flowing Sands Red Earth map was selected as the spawn location for the world boss, the Flowing Sands Queen. Defeat the boss, and you’re guaranteed one piece of top-tier loot! The leader of the Storm Guild, Desert Lone Smoke, paid handsomely to hire Flower in the Tower and Li Taisui, two players ranked in the top twenty for kills, as escorts. Their goal was to secure the Flowing Sands Queen’s first kill.

But at the crucial moment, just as the boss was about to fall, Maple Forest at Dusk, ranked No. 2 on the kill leaderboard, suddenly appeared. Not only did she steal the boss’s first kill, she also killed Desert Lone Smoke and both his escorts! Just as Maple Forest at Dusk was congratulating herself on clearing the area and preparing to savor her spoils, a loot-runner opened the Flowing Sands Queen’s chest.

The distinctive inspection animation, the dazzling special effects: there was no doubt about it. This was the rarest, most coveted top-tier loot in all of Shenzhou, the ultra-rare Heart of the Flowing Sands! And at that very moment, it was in the hands of a loot-runner! Maple Forest at Dusk instantly saw red and charged at the runner!

“Stinking rat! I’ll kill you!” The fairy-like beauty turned into a demon in an instant!
