This story follows a heroine who is reborn with memories of her past life and, twenty years later, sets out to find her former lover, only to be rejected. She discovers that in modern society, getting married no longer requires a household registration booklet, just an ID card, and resolves to pursue true love. But her former lover is divorced and has already given his heart to someone else, so he turns her down. After experiencing heartbreak in a dream, she wakes with a start and realizes it was all a nightmare. Knowing he isn't worth it, she decides to let go of the past and hopes she never meets him again.
