Nuo'an County is a poor county located in the southwest mountainous area. In order to promote the development of the local economy, Wu Yuanzhou, deputy director of the Culture and Tourism Bureau, warmly received three investors from afar, hoping to successfully reach a cooperation. Unexpectedly, while watching the Spring Festival ceremony, the Nuo mother mask used for worship was exploded and damaged for no reason.
