Story unfolds: The story takes place in a near-future Earth. Humanity has just discovered the physical effect of "emotional resonance" and is still in its infancy in theory. The appearance of the city is no different from modern times, but uneasiness is surging inside: the global depression rate is increasing year by year, and unexplained "mass hallucinations" and small-scale physical anomalies appear in various places. Timeline: Ten years ago, an event known as the "Silent Spring" occurred. All songbirds in the world lost their voices overnight. The reason is still unknown. This is the first exploratory attack on the Earth by an alien civilization on the basis of emotional laws, but humans are unaware of it. Core conflict: An alien civilization called "The Tuner" has arrived at the edge of the solar system. They themselves have rejected emotions as the source of chaos and destruction. They believe that the only way to help earth civilization is to completely erase human emotional abilities through a kind of "cosmic-level psychological surgery" and realize a "silent world" of absolute rationality and stability.
