Mother's Love Is Infinite

Family affection is the first bond of life and the warmest background of time. It does not have the vigor of love or the high-spiritedness of friendship, but it runs through every moment of our lives with the simplest gesture. It is hidden in my mother's warm porridge in the morning, in my father's silent lamp shadow late at night; in the staggering footsteps of the elders, and in the laughter of brothers and sisters playing together. There is no need to deliberately say it or bother to maintain it. This blood-connected emotion has already been engraved in the bone marrow and integrated into the breath. When you are frustrated, family love is the most solid harbor. "It doesn't matter, go home" can heal all grievances and fatigue; when success occurs, family affection is the most sincere cheer. The pride and tears in those eyes are more moving than any flowers or applause. It never asks for anything in return, it just wants us to be safe and smooth; it is never afraid of giving, even if it gives everything it has, it will be happy with it. As time goes by, we grow up under the nourishment of family affection, but those who once protected us from wind and rain slowly grow older over the years. In the past, we always thought that family love was a natural thing to have, but it was not until later that we realized that it is the most cherished gift in the world. Family love is the root that allows us to have a home in our wanderings; it is the light that allows us to see hope in the darkness. It is silent, but never absent; it is ordinary and simple, but as heavy as a stone. This love is worth remembering and protecting throughout our lives.
