The story combines history, fantasy and psychological narrative, connecting the late Tang Dynasty and contemporary times through an ancient "Jinse" mirror that can travel through time, and explores the nature of memory, time and emotion. Main plot: When contemporary antiquities restorer Li Shangyin (who has the same name as the poet) accidentally triggered his ability to travel through time and space while restoring an ancient mirror from the Tang Dynasty, he resonated with the consciousness of the late Tang poet Li Shangyin (also known as Yishan). The two of them jointly explored the mystery of the "Jinse" in the intertwined time and space of virtuality and reality, and uncovered a poignant love story obscured by the dust of history.
