My Life of Fragmentary Thoughts

Why are you writing this? Because I like the feeling of coding, and I want to improve my memory and relieve stress. Although my neck, shoulders and wrists will protest strongly when I am forgetful about writing (it is very important for friends to maintain good posture ~ although I mostly stick to my favorite posture, hhhhhhh), I still like it. There's no reason, there's a reason for liking it, it's just that your sensibility suddenly takes over the high ground, you just like it, how about it? To improve memory, I accidentally read a paper that said that reviewing daily events is not only an overall reflection and summary of today's events, but more importantly, it can increase neural synapses through review, thereby improving memory. To relieve stress, I actually prefer running. But wouldn't it be strange to suddenly ask for leave from my boss while I'm at work and say I want to go for a run on the football field over the cafeteria?
