Memory Weaving

Very short story •In the near future society, "neural mesh" technology has matured, allowing trained professionals (weavers) to extract, edit and encapsulate their own short-term memories. Realistic and exciting "memory dreams" have become top luxury goods, giving rise to a gray market controlled by weavers' guilds, allowing the wealthy to experience lives they would never dare or be able to experience in person. Camilla, an agoraphobic patient, accepted an expensive "assassination" order in order to pay for her secluded life, but why did the woven memories actually come true...
