Who Killed the Unknown Me?

I once heard that a complete person consists of five parts: Mind, heart, blood, body, eyes. The mind interprets, the heart responds, the blood flows faster, and the body prepares or takes action - the results of the action are seen again by the eyes or sensed by the body, and then fed back to the mind, entering the next round of adjustment. But how can a person become a complete human being if he is born missing some of these parts? In other words, if what is missing is what the world has in common, why are they not considered complete?
