"Under the Osmanthus Tree" takes the laurel tree in Osmanthus Town as a guide and connects the adventures of Nian Gui and A Gui in series. From golden leaves leading the way to twin moons in the same sky, from the formation of Guihai to the brewing of three realms, the ordinary Osmanthus Town has become a link across multiple realms. The sand osmanthus from Saibei, the salt osmanthus from the island, the laurel from Guanghan Palace, and the silver osmanthus from the other world are intertwined in the osmanthus network; Tang Monk and his disciples, Taibai Jinxing, and even the White Bone Lady who was once a demon, all gathered here because of the fragrance of cinnamon and wine. In the story, the obsession of cutting ax turns into the tenderness of protecting flowers, and the barriers of boundaries melt into the sweetness of drinking together. The annual rings of the osmanthus tree record protection and encounters, and those cinnamon seeds scattered in the three worlds, the songs spread in the two worlds, and the fragrance of wine soaked in the years, finally turned into the simplest truth over time - the so-called eternity is just one generation after another, guarding the osmanthus tree, waiting for the flowers to bloom, turning a foreign country into a hometown, and letting care grow into a towering shape.
