The Blue Sea in My Memory

I am still looking forward to the stars every day in this summer, but I grew up in the winter of 2016. It was a gray season, in a dark and crowded tennis hall, when I was 19 years old. I remember that winter very much like other winters, perhaps because I have no recollection of what previous winters were like. I clearly remember the scene on the sidelines, two colors and flavors of oranges, my greedy self, the noisy crowd and a barking teddy dog. Many years have passed, but I still seem to have not forgotten that person who has looked at me for thousands of years. When it comes to relationships, people say that time and new love are the medicine that heals all emotional wounds. But what if that is a beam of light that illuminates life, and is the driving force that keeps moving forward for many years to come? Can it be replaced by time and new people? However, I never forgot the impact that light had on me when it reached my pupils, and I finally understood how those haloes that had been engraved in the memory of life would dissipate over time. It only appears again and again as the sun rises and sets. And as I stare at that light, I see it shining between my brows in every dark moment.
