War of Resistance: From the Northeast to Shangganling

“I'm broadcasting this openly across the country: I, Zhou Weidong, blew up the Japanese army's command post. If you've got the guts, hit me with a howitzer!” In the summer of 1931, Zhou Weidong returned to Northeast China on the eve of the War of Resistance Against Japan, becoming an actor, a profession barred from taking a seat at the head table. With just three months until the September 18th Incident, no money, no power, no guns, and no System, what could he do? “Build an elite special forces unit, establish an intelligence network, open a base in the Changbai Mountains, and develop military industry.” “Come on, I'll make myself an open target. If you've got the guts, wipe me out!” “Can't take me out? Want to surrender? China does not accept surrender!” “Infantry, attention! Armed river crossing, prepare to land!” “The war has only just begun!” PS: This story is entirely fictional and has no connection to reality.
