(Infinite-flow, action-packed battles, smart characters. Volumes 1 and 2 are complete. You can start directly with Volume 2 without affecting your reading. Volume 3 is currently updating.) Years later, an expedition of natural philosophers, navigating by an ancient star chart, finally reached the legendary island and discovered a stone tablet carved by those who came before. The inscription on the tombstone read: Here rests a nameless king His kingdom was the solitude within the horizon His scepter, a polished bow and books of wisdom His subjects, silent great apes and howling winds He was not born here, yet chose to become its soul Ten years of trial by fire forged despair into steadfast guardianship He listened to the whispers of stone and read the chronicles of the stars With a lost civilization, he completed a dialogue spanning a thousand years His bloodline did not endure, but his laws live on For to live in harmony with all things is the highest form of survival Ships of old once saw smoke rising from his forest Unaware that it was a king’s declaration that he would not return to his homeland He buried the name of the old world and was crowned here Trading a lonely crown for an island’s eternal spring Traveler, should you happen upon this peaceful land Tread lightly, and do not disturb this tranquil dream He no longer needs to be remembered, for he has become the mountains, the rivers, and the breath of life He is the act of keeping watch itself, resting here in silence with time.
