Ember Kisses Rose

The illustrator Wen Yining, who is burdened with huge debts from his father, meets Shen Zhiheng, the heir to a top conglomerate who is bound by the family's "canary contract", in a neon-lit city. He was her "salvation" when she was desperate, and he was also the "catastrophe" that dragged her into the abyss; she was the unexpected light in his gray life, but she was burned repeatedly because of this light. The two spent eight years pulling on the edge of love and pain, and finally rebuilt their true feelings on the ruins.
