Heart-Locking Love Thread

My head was groggy, probably because I didn't sleep well last night and had some incredible dreams. I couldn't get rid of the emotional state in the dreams when I woke up. I feel inexplicably sad and sad, so much so that I can't even keep my spirits up when working. At this age, some people who didn't pay much attention when they were young can evoke some difficult emotions when they fall asleep. Why is this?
