There are no grand truths in this book, only the real thoughts of an ordinary person when his emotions are surging. I am always inundated with questions during emo moments: What is the purpose of life? Although we are obviously a gregarious species, why do we feel more at ease when we are alone? If something goes wrong, is it all because you are not good enough? These questions were like a tide, suffocating me when they came, but they also forced me to look up in self-blame - it turned out that a lot of confusion had nothing to do with my age, but only my heart. The book records those emotional nights: counting the stars on the ceiling, wrinkling the corners of clothes when struggling with right and wrong, and the sudden surge of loneliness in the crowd. I wrote down my conflicting feelings about living in groups and being alone, dismantling my obsession with taking all my faults on myself, and recording the moments when I slowly let go of self-blame. This is not a book of answers, I just want to tell you: If you are often overwhelmed by inexplicable emotions and always contend with yourself late at night, don't be afraid, there are people like you. These trivial inquiries and struggles may be how we get in touch with the essence of life.
