I woke up to find myself trapped in a strange room with thick liquid oozing from the walls. The enemy who interrogated me wore a twisted metal mask but sounded like my closest friend. "Tell me the truth," he ordered, "or you will be lost forever in your own brain." I discovered to my horror that my memory was being tampered with by a kind of nano-cloud, and even the touch of my fingertips began to blur. The most terrifying thing is that I can't be sure whether I am really captured—— Maybe I'm just a madman trapped in my own mind. In order to escape, I had to use lies to create a greater illusion and let the enemy misjudge my location. When I finally broke through the siege, I realized: The nano-cloud that he destroyed was the only firewall that could prevent mankind from falling into collective madness.
