When the Star Language Is Not Sleeping

"The stars in your eyes are the only medicine for me when I have insomnia." Lin Xingmian and Jiang Weishi met unexpectedly during a late-night "rooftop meteor observation". She hid on the school rooftop to escape her alcoholic father, who was recording the stars alone due to family repression. The two lonely souls gradually get closer while the drawing board and telescope intersect. However, Jiang Weishi deliberately alienated Xingmian because of the truth about his transfer (being forced to leave the original school by his father), while Xingmian fell into despair because his painting competition prize was taken away by Lin's father. The two uncovered each other's scars in mutual redemption: he fought against family pressure for her, and she rekindled his hope for the future.
