It’s Osmanthus

This book is made up of several short stories. Most of them stand alone, though a few are loosely connected. The author isn't very imaginative, so most of the stories are adapted from real life. You can read them as compositions, but I wouldn't recommend using them as model essays. After all, the author is a rather pessimistic person.
