Shennong Tastes Every Herb, Reading List No. 2
A list for both recommendations and warnings. Each list can hold up to 80 books, and this one is full. Whenever I find a new book, I’ll move one from List 1 to List 2 and add an updated description. I’ve tried every book I describe. I’ve also specifically flagged books that are highly divisive, with lots of fans despite their strong flaws. There are books in every genre, but I mostly recommend according to my own taste. I hope good books won’t go unnoticed, and that more people can find stories
[Unconventional Ideas] Dian Niang's Psychiatric Hospital Roster
Crazy, they're all crazy, and that's the beauty of it! This list focuses on humor, lightheartedness, memes, satire, subverting tropes, and characters who wildly misread situations. The books selected here are a chorus of joy written by authors whose mental states are, to put it mildly, questionable. Logic often takes a vacation, while wild overthinking becomes the protagonist's most powerful weapon. It's like a "happiness virus": once you're infected, your mouth can't stop smiling and firewo
Books I've Read and Enjoyed
A veteran reader with over twenty years of experience shares some hidden gems. Enjoy when you're in a reading slump.
Shadowwing's House of Intrigue O(*^▽^*)o♪
Go with the flow.
My Top Recommendations: Myriad Worlds, Fantasy, and Cultivation
I look for smooth, engaging stories, mostly fantasy and cultivation novels and anime fanfiction, with a preference for ongoing series. I once wanted to become a writer myself, so I like to give authors a boost. If I haven't read a book, I'll mark it as unread. Books that stop updating will be removed from the list. Thanks for being here. I'm out of things to read, so please recommend me some books!!!
Twenty Years of Web Novels: Sifting New Gems from the Sand
Updated regularly. All genres welcome. Ratings (decent fare, excellent fare, plus or minus, heavenly treasure) reflect my personal preferences only.
Promising Newcomers I'm Following
Just like the list name says~
A Veteran Reader's Personally Vetted Recommendations, Updated from Time to Time
A personal list, updated from time to time. Please don’t criticize if it’s not to your taste, thanks! After years of reading, I’ve developed my own preferences. I like a light, cheerful atmosphere, and every book here has been personally vetted. I don’t think any of them have major flaws, and they’re all fresh and original. Hopefully this gives other readers with similar tastes more options when they’re out of books! The list is limited to 50 books, so I’ve moved some older ones to the comments

A Little Bookshop with Distinctive Taste
A list of books that suit my personal tastes, including some I dropped for various reasons along the way. I've been reading on Qidian for years, first for free and then as a paying reader. I honestly don't think a book's quality can be judged by its performance. Just look at the poorly written filler cluttering the charts. Finding a novel I can actually stick with is pretty hard. I hope this very personal list can be of some help to anyone struggling to find something to read. P.S. I like wuxia
Personal Recommendations / Books I’ve Vetted
They say the sea of books is boundless, but why does searching for books feel more and more like diving into a sea of crazy stuff?
Gaming Life
Just tossing out a recommendation, that's all (σ≧∀≦)σ
Personal Reading List
Some good reads that haven't made much of a splash. I won't recommend the popular books on the charts; you can take your chances with those yourselves.
Books That Suit My Taste
There’s no particular order based on how much I like them or when I read them. I just add whichever one comes to mind.
My Personal Reviews
I only read transmigration stories, and my reviews reflect my personal feelings. If I think a book is trash, my reader level for it will be no higher than Trainee or Disciple. But if I like it, my level will definitely be higher. I won’t gush about a book while my level says I’m only a trainee. Personal ratings: 7–10: Masterpieces in my eyes, on the level of Lingxue Xianxia. 5–7: I think they’re worth reading. 3–5: Not really my thing, or there are some deal-breakers I can’t put up with. 1–
Myriad Worlds, Wuxia, Anime, Fanfiction, and Fun
My niche: the myriad heavens, wuxia, anime, fanfiction, and having a good time
Less Popular Books Recommended by a Thirty-Year Veteran Reader
I've been reading for decades, but my cultural background isn't particularly strong, so I'm no expert judge. I tend to like accessible, mainstream books, often aimed at younger readers. Having read so much, though, my tastes have become quite specific. I can only stick with books that feel truly distinctive. I'd like to share my tastes, and I hope fellow readers with similar interests will recommend some books to me.
A Different Kind, Separate from My Other List
Different from my other reading list.

The protagonist doesn't look like a normal person, he looks like a mentally ill person who doesn't even want to wear clothes
If you write it yourself, you may not feel that you have made much progress, but I can tell you that your previous book was really bad. It can't even compare with some 1v1 writers. Now this one is much better, and can compare with some independent v3 writers.
Author, do you have any grudge against Wang Chongyang? People are not looking for you, they are not messing with you, right? If you say you are a scumbag at first and then you will kick someone out, can you please stop making your personal belongings so obvious?
According to the statistics, friends who don't like Demon Slayer, give it a thumbs up
I'm curious how many book friends don't want to read Demon Slayer Scroll, so I'll give it my own thumbs up first
Doesn't the protagonist think he is in a game? Why did he say that he traveled through time in the latest chapter?
Why is there a limit to the number of chapter evaluations?
In Chapter 34, I was scolded again and couldn't talk back, damn! There is a question that Chong Hei cannot answer. If you were Linghu Chong and encountered Tian Boguang raping Yi Lin, what would you do? Should he die on the spot like Taishan Chi Baicheng, or should he stand by and watch?
Stop boxing and read a book. Don't get too deep into it.
I don't even understand, is Linghu Chong that awesome? Even a few words of scolding at him can be posted. Linghu Hei came out. Who established an organization specifically? Whoever has never been scolded can satisfy everyone. I saw that the guy who posted the story started saying that there are people who are worse, more shameless, and more hateful than Linghu Chong, but there are no bad consequences and the ending is good. Although Linghu Chong has various problems, he also has good aspects... What's wrong, who said Linghu Chong is useless? He also cited how awesome the author is, how respected he is, and how high his status is to prove that he is right. Why don't you say that the heroes of Liangshan are all great heroes, and they are all admirable! Water Margin has a higher status, is more awesome, and has a wider audience. Although they kill innocent people indiscriminately, they also have a good side. You can't scold them, otherwise you will be a Water Margin black man!
Demon Slayer is finally over. . . To be honest, it's weird to bring the world of anime into reality. It's baffling to bring national emotions into a fantasy world. If you say let's bring it in, bring it in thoroughly. Plow the courtyard and sweep the holes, be thorough. We even went to the west to punish those Beiyang warlords and Yuan Shikai. In the end, it was gone after just two twists and turns. It's good to end this nondescript quickly and enter the Immortal Sword.
It's hard to stretch, it's a direct massacre. Although it is true that it is the fourth natural disaster, the previous one is just an abstraction, and there is a bottom line. This wave is a direct massacre. Don't talk about the red and green names. If you put that thing in, the entire ecological environment of the earth will change. By then, there will be a question mark as to whether the earth is suitable for human habitation. It's difficult.
Difficult to comment
Several gold-type martial arts dungeons are really well written, but the zombie dungeons are too bad, and the ending of one person is so terrible. Were these written by the same person? Let's look at the mission selections for the next Double Dragon dungeon of the Tang Dynasty, stand out, become famous and supreme. If you didn't see this, guess which mission you chose. You can check out the copy of Gold Martial Arts. Zombie and One Man recommend not reading it. It is a waste of money. I will not read it later and will not comment.
