Naruto: Ninjutsu? These Are the Ten Fiends' Divine Arts!

After transmigrating to the Naruto world and becoming the Special Jōnin Gekko Hayate, Qin Shuo also awakened a Ten Fierce Treasures Technique panel. He declared that he wanted to become Hokage.

…

Third Hokage: “Hayate, you've been very active lately!”

Gekko Hayate: “I've resolved to be Lord Third Hokage's sharpest blade. I do everything according to the principle of ‘Konoha first.’”

Third Hokage: “Where did you learn those strange ninjutsu?”

Gekko Hayate: “Ninjutsu? No, those are the Ten Fierce Treasures Techniques!”

Uzuki Yugao: “Hayate, when are we moving in together?”

Gekko Hayate: “What, move in together? How about today?”

…

Years later, a name began to spread throughout the shinobi world: “Konoha's Primordial Fierce Beast”!

There was no longer any doubt about who would become the Fifth Hokage.

Portraits of Gekko Hayate were plastered all over Konoha, along with the slogan: “Konoha first. Make Konoha great again!”

Seeing all this, the Third Hokage, who had been forced into the background, regretted everything:

“I always said that kid Hayate had the shrewd look of a hawk and a wolf. He was definitely plotting something!”

“Now everyone can see what Gekko Hayate is really after!”

“Danzo, I was wrong about you!”
