In the north, Mu Shu has a loyal male hound: taciturn and restrained. In the east, Da Li has a female hawk-hound: unpredictable and unhinged. A loyal hound of an emperor versus a false-loyalist female general.
The general: "I was born in Da Li, raised by its land and waters. I would never dare betray it."
The emperor: "Absurd! Do you know what it means to be loyal?"
The general: "Your Majesty, how would you define loyalty?"
The emperor: "I can show you."
The general: "I await Your Majesty's demonstration."
The emperor: "Woof."
