From Brass Amulet to Galactic Empire

The Milky Way was once nearly prosperous and unified, and Star Gods and humans ruled the entire territory together. Endless technology is enough to control everything from stars to quarks, and super-light channels connect every cantilever. Before humanity could ring the bell announcing galactic unification, a collapse no one could foresee tore the empire of humanity apart. The super-light speed channel collapsed, orcs, zerg, out-of-control omnics... The old servants divided the star field, and new corruption was still brewing. Endless technologies are lost on all sides, the once intimate galaxies are ignited by war, the transportation network across the galaxies no longer exists, pirates and traveling merchants are entangled in subspace, and giant corporations rooted in the galaxy are passing by.
