A Real Estate Agent Has Her Eye on My Poor Fiancé

I went with my fiancé to look at apartments for our future home and ran into a two-faced real estate agent. First she praised my fiancé for being young, successful, and able to afford a Rolls-Royce. Then she insinuated that I was carrying a fake designer bag and pretending to be a rich socialite, and that a little flirting was all it took to get a free house. When she learned we were buying a home for our marriage, she said loudly enough for everyone to hear, “I thought the sugar daddy who bought you two apartments last time treated you pretty well.”

“Oh, right, Miss Shi, I remember you have more than one sugar daddy. Do they all know about each other?” I laughed. My sugar daddy really is my godfather, and I really am a socialite. The funny thing is, my fiancé is just a poor student I’ve been supporting!
