Everyone in Beijing's wealthy circles knows that the young master of the Ji family has a first love he can't forget. He even found a substitute to console himself.

His friends tease him: “What a shame. Miss Jiang is so sincerely devoted to you. Aren't you afraid she'll get sick of it one day and really give up?”

Ji Yanci just laughs it off.

He and Jiang Jixu grew up together. She's followed him around all these years, and she always will.

But on the eve of their engagement, Ji Yanci never expects to receive a breakup text from Jiang Jixu.

The girl who had always followed him is gone.

One glimpse of her was enough to make her haunt his dreams every night, leaving him alone and sleepless.

It takes Lu Lishen a long time to finally reach Jiang Jixu's side.

What she thinks is an accident is something he has planned for a long time.
