After Giving Birth to Five Golden Dragon Babies, I Went on a Rampage in the Dragon Palace

The dragon race struggled to produce offspring, and their numbers dwindled. They decided to continue their bloodline with the river mussel clan, whose members were highly fertile. In my previous life, I was chosen to be the Crown Prince of the Dragon Palace’s consort. After three years of trying with the prince, I gave birth to nothing but an earthworm. The Crown Prince flew into a rage, refused to acknowledge it as his child, and smashed the earthworm to death on the spot. Then he locked me away in the frozen wastes, where the bitter cold cracked my mussel shell and killed me. But later, my maid climbed into the dragon king’s bed and gave him a dragon, allowing him to inherit the throne with ease. When I woke again, I had returned to the day the Crown Prince’s consort was chosen. The prince defied the old Dragon King’s orders and chose the mongrel mussel spirit behind me. I realized he had been reborn, too. He thought he could give birth to a dragon, just like in my previous life, and inherit the throne. But the Crown Prince was nothing more than an earthworm spirit disguised as a dragon. How could he possibly father a dragon?
