After Everything Was Taken from Me, I Went on a Rampage

When they stripped my bones, pulled out my tendons, and cast me down into the mortal world, I was destined to die. But a limping figure came to my rescue. He lived among the brothels, a lowly male courtesan anyone could trample underfoot. Yet when I looked at him with my fading immortal sight, I saw the only pure and noble soul in this world. Everyone laughed at me, saying I’d lost my mind. “He was once the esteemed First Prince, but now he’s lower than the mud beneath your feet. He’s crippled and blind. His life is over.” He had fallen from heaven into hell, bullied by everyone. As he lay dying, all he wanted was to keep from becoming a burden to me, and he begged me to live. I took his hand. “This time, I’ll take you back and fight our way to the top.”
