Transmigrated as the Villain’s Little Sister, I Strike It Rich Through Patriotism

The heroine, Zhou Ning, transmigrates into a tragic novel set in 1970s Hong Kong. Her brother is the story’s biggest villain, guilty of every evil under the sun. Zhou Ning is a disposable supporting character whom the author barely bothers to write, a mere plot device who meets a tragic end.

Refusing to follow the story’s predetermined path, Zhou Ning opens a boxing gym, raises a future boxing champion, invests in land to make a fortune, then makes a killing in the stock market and becomes the richest person around. She also takes on the colonizers in three hundred rounds of battle and sets out to change her villainous brother’s character arc.

Eventually, the author discovers that she has messed with the story’s setup and tries to restore the original plot. Zhou Ning refuses. So what if the author thinks they’re all-powerful? They’re getting in the way of her making money and lying flat, and Zhou Ning won’t bend to the author either.

Delete Zhou Ning from the story? Will the readers stand for that?
